A message from the Treenet Team
As the days have shortened and cooled many councils have started their annual tree planting projects. Tree planting is an investment in green assets. Unlike most assets trees don’t depreciate, they appreciate. The value of trees increases over time. Planting trees is investing for our future. In this edition of Treenet News you’ll see that we’ve invested in Evatt Primary School’s tree planting this month and they’re investing in our tree species trials project. We’ve also launched a new database to help inform future tree planting and to share species trials information.
